The people in the mountains of Nepal are the fittest people. A combination of living in the pure atmosphere, deviod of pollutants, good level of excercise on a daily basis and good food, full of nutrients and lacking excess fats, are the main factors that contribute to this state of health. We thought we should offer this, combined with ancient techniques like yoga, to custom design a trip that results in a changed state of health, a kickstart into a new lifestyle. Nepal also offers ancient meditation techniques like Vipasanna, believed to have been practiced by the Buddha himself. So you could either embark on kickstarting a new lifestyle by going on a strenuous controlled trek, or learning a time tested meditation technique, actively proven by one of Nepal's top industrialists, who is also its biggest proponent in Nepal, to be extremely effective for stress relief in a competitive environment.
