On receipt of your booking form, socialtours will start preparing logistical arrangements on the ground at your chosen destination. This includes arranging the necessary permits, scheduling of field staff and equipment, and making bookings for you on any air or ground transportation that is involved in the running of your trip. Making these arrangements for you has a cost, and we put your trip deposit towards covering that cost. For this reason, your deposit is subject to the "cancellation & refunds" policy.
